You can browse Rarus.Club Auctions without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. Once you provide us with your personal information, you will no longer be anonymous to us. Therefore, if you associate your name with your User ID, such as the people you have disclosed your name to, identify your activities on the site.
If you access our sites from a complete computer or an Internet cafe, certain information about you, such as your user ID, activity, or rarus.Club reminders, may also be searched for other people who use your computer after you.
Using Information from Rarus.Club Auctions
Rarus.Club Auctions allows you to share personal information to complete transactions. We encourage you to disclose your privacy practices and privacy compliance to other users. We cannot guarantee the privacy and security of your information and, therefore, we encourage you to review your business partner's privacy and security policies before entering into a transaction and choosing your information. No spam, spyware or spoofing
We and our users do not tolerate spam. Please be sure to set your Rarus.Club Auctions notification preferences so that we can communicate as you prefer. You are not licensed to add other Rarus.Club Auctions users, even a user who has purchased an item from you, to your distribution list (email or physical mail) without their express consent. To report Rarus.Club Auctions related spam or fake emails to a webstore, please forward the email to firstname.lastname@example.org. You may not use our communication tools to send spam or otherwise send content that may violate our User Agreement. We automatically scan and may manually filter such messages for spam, viruses, phishing and other malicious activity or illegal or prohibited content, but we do not permanently store as felt messages through these tools. If you send an email to an email address that is not registered in our community, we do not permanently store that email or address that email address for marketing purposes. We do not rent or sell these email addresses.
Your password is the key to your account. Use unique numbers, letters and special characters and do not reveal your Rarus.Club Auctions password to anyone. If you share your password or personal information with others, please remember that you are responsible for all actions taken on behalf of your account. If you lose control of your password, you may lose substantial control over your personal information and may be subject to legally binding actions taken on your behalf. Therefore, if your password has been compromised for any reason, you must immediately notify Rarus.Club Auctions and change your password.
Accessing, Reviewing and Changing Your Personal Information
You can view, review and change most of your personal information by accessing your Rarus.Club Auctions account and changing your information online. Generally, we will not manually modify your personal information as it is very difficult to verify your identity remotely. You must promptly update your personal information if it changes or becomes incorrect. Once you've made a public post, you won't be able to change or remove it. Upon your request, we will close your account and remove your personal information from view as soon as reasonably possible, based on your account activity and in accordance with applicable law. We retain personal information from closed accounts to comply with the law, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, resolve problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Rarus.Club Auctions User Agreement, and take other actions permitted by law.
If you post comments about a transaction or review on this site, you should be aware that any personally identifiable information you submit can be read, collected or used by the general public and may be used to send unsolicited messages.
